Braincare Day is a great morning supplement to help boost mental energy, brain performance and cognition, without over stimulating the body like caffeine. The B complex of vitamins and tyrosine are important for neurotransmitter production whilst antioxidants in ingredients such as pine bark extract are protective for the brain. Siberian ginseng, lions mane, ginko and bacopa monnieri are a fantastic combination of adaptogens and nootropics that can boost mental energy and enhance your brain power! For me, combining the Day and Night supplements gives you the best of both worlds.

As a nutritionist with a deep understanding of the physiological changes women experience during menopause, I was instantly attracted to Braincare Day by Noops, a comprehensive supplement designed to support cognitive health. Menopause often brings with it a host of challenging symptoms, including brain fog, memory lapses, and decreased mental clarity. Braincare Day has been formulated to address these concerns, offering a targeted blend of nutrients and botanicals that support optimal brain function during perimenopause and beyond. One of the key strengths of Braincare Day is its inclusion of a B-complex, iron, and amino acids, all of which play crucial roles in maintaining energy levels, hormone balance, and nervous system health. These nutrients lay a solid nutritional foundation, essential during menopause when the body needs a helping hand. Braincare Day is packed with well-researched ingredients. Ginkgo Biloba is a potent antioxidant that protects brain cells and enhances cognitive function. Its neuroprotective properties are particularly beneficial during menopause when oxidative stress can trigger brain and nervous system changes. Siberian Ginseng, known for its adaptogenic properties that support stamina, energy, and fatigue, is also helpful for mental alertness and memory. Lion’s mane mushroom and Pine bark may improve cognition and memory; bacopa monnieri can support anxiety and sleep, and bamboo extract may enhance learning. Braincare Day is a well-researched, scientifically backed formula that effectively addresses the cognitive challenges associated with menopause and is a trustworthy solution for women seeking to improve and maintain mental clarity, focus, and overall brain health.

This new supplement formula is a game-changer for those dealing with ADHD and brain health challenges. As a nutritional therapist who regularly seeks out effective solutions for mental well-being in my clinic, I’m impressed by the thoughtful blend of ingredients that address multiple issues without the hassle of taking numerous capsules each day.I’m particularly excited about the L-Tyrosine component. This amino acid is vital for the production of neurotransmitters, the chemical messengers that keep our systems running smoothly. For those struggling with focus and mood regulation, this is a crucial benefit. The inclusion of B Vitamins is a smart move, supporting the nervous system and boosting energy levels which are both critical for anyone managing ADHD. The addition of Siberian Ginseng further enhances stamina, helping to maintain focus and energy throughout the day.Lion’s Mane is a standout ingredient in this formula. Its growing reputation for boosting cognitive performance makes it a valuable addition, especially for those experiencing perimenopause. The cognitive and mood challenges during this stage of life can be overwhelming, and Lion’s Mane offers a natural way to manage these symptoms.Another noteworthy ingredient is Bacopa. Known for enhancing memory and concentration, it also contributes to reducing stress and anxiety—common issues intertwined with ADHD and other mental health conditions. Finally, the formula’s inclusion of Pine Bark Extract addresses the issue of inflammation, a key concern in brain health. Its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to stimulate cerebral blood flow make it an excellent choice for supporting overall cognitive function. In summary, this formula offers a comprehensive approach to mental well-being. It simplifies the process of managing complex issues like ADHD, stress, and cognitive decline by combining these powerful ingredients into one easy-to-take supplement. I’m looking forward to recommending it to my clients who need an effective, all-in-one solution for their mental health needs.

Having a family history of dementia and a special interest in supporting cognition, I was very excited to see Noops products.I find the formulation for Braincare day very interesting, as it includes a synergistic blend of adaptogens such as Bacopa and Lion's Mane, plus vitamins and minerals to support focus, memory and alertness that could be extremely helpful, especially as I am going through perimenopause and brain fog can be especially challenging at times! Very useful is the addition of B12 and iron to also support energy levels throughout the day. All ingredients are backed by science, which is key for me when choosing a supplement.

As a nutritional therapist with an interest in brain health, I support children & women with ADHD (often diagnosed later in life). Alongside diet and lifestyle changes, I will often suggest supplements which support their specific challenges, such as focus, concentration and brain fog. The list of supplements can be long & expensive! So this supplement from Noops is just what I’ve been looking for. The ingredients have been carefully considered, & are backed up by scientific studies, so I have no hesitation in recommending these to my clients.

As a nutritional therapist and gut health specialist I was excited to see a thoroughly researched and carefully formulated Braincare duo blend by Noops which delivers a comprehensive range of the right vitamins, minerals, adaptogens and nervines throughout the day and night to support energy, focus, mood, rest and sleep – all just contained in two handy pots for convenience. When it comes to gut health, we know the presence and activity of our gut microbiome can impact our overall health and well-being. As well as the obvious digestive related symptoms, there can be non-digestive issues such as low mood, poor memory, brain fog, anxiety, stress and sleep disturbances, all impacting mental wellbeing. This connection between the gut and the brain, otherwise known as the gut brain axis does need to be nourished with key nutrients. The thoughtfully put together ingredients in Braincare are a great building block of supplements supporting the nervous system with many nutrients that are essential for supporting the neurotransmitters including tyrosine, zinc, iron, vitamin D and l-theanine. I particularly like the blend of B vitamins, Siberian Ginseng and Lion’s Mane to support energy, focus and stress levels, a must with today’s modern lifestyle. The Braincare Night has a lovely blend of synergistic nutrients including magnesium, Ashwagandha, L Theanine, Montmorency Cherry, lavender and lemon balm which have all been shown to support the stress response which in turn promotes rest, relaxation and sleep. Choosing the right supplements that are backed by science comes pretty high on my agenda and Noops have certainly ticked the boxes when it comes to the science and their blend!

As a nutritional therapist, it's crucial to me that the supplements I recommend are backed by solid scientific evidence, and Noops Braincare Day certainly meets that standard. This carefully formulated nootropic is packed with a range of ingredients known for their brain-boosting properties, including ginkgo biloba, Siberian ginseng, Bacopa monnieri, and my personal favourite, Lion’s mane mushroom. Lion’s mane is renowned for its ability to support neurogenesis and improve cognitive function, making it a fantastic addition to this already impressive formula. Specialising in gut health, I often see clients who struggle with brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and low energy levels. The fact that Braincare Day combines so many powerful, research-backed ingredients into a single pill makes it an exciting option for supporting these clients. The inclusion of B vitamins is another highlight for me, as these are essential for nervous system support and energy production. I frequently recommend B vitamins to my clients because they play a critical role in maintaining mental sharpness and reducing fatigue. With Braincare Day, not only can my clients benefit from cognitive enhancers, but they also receive a boost in the essential nutrients that support overall brain health and energy levels throughout the day. I'm eager to see how this supplement can help my clients achieve better focus, concentration, and mental clarity.

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Transformation Specialist, I work with busy, driven women over 40. As you imagine stress is a significant factor, alongside the brain fog that can often start during perimenopause. Alongside key nutrition and lifestyle changes, a good quality supplement can be a game changer! Around perimenopause, stress can have a much larger impact on the body, and this is often accompanied by sleeping issues. Braincare Night is a fabulous combination of ingredients to help calm the mind and promote sleep. Magnesium levels often fall with stress, and replacing it is crucial for sleep. Ingredients including lemon balm, lavender, l-theanine promote calmness whilst ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen that helps the body adapt to stress as well as promoting stress. Montmorency cherry extract is a great source of natural melatonin too. For me, combining the Day and Night supplements gives you the best of both worlds.

Braincare Night by Noops is a scientifically backed supplement that complements its daytime counterpart, Braincare Day, by providing targeted sleep and cognitive health support, which may help women navigate the challenges of perimenopause and beyond. This professionally formulated product addresses the specific needs of women who experience insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, or restless nights—common symptoms during menopause due to hormonal changes, stress, and hot flushes.Braincare Night has a solid foundation of essential nutrients, including Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Zinc. These nutrients are crucial for maintaining overall health and play specific roles in supporting restful sleep, muscle relaxation, and hormonal balance. One of the standout features of Braincare Night is its inclusion of 1500 mg of Montmorency Cherry, a natural source of melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles, and the natural melatonin in Montmorency Cherry can help you unwind and relax after a stressful day. Another well-researched ingredient is inulin, a prebiotic that supports healthy digestion and promotes better sleep by nourishing the gut microbiome. When combined with probiotics, this synergy enhances the communication between the gut and the brain, often called the gut-brain axis, which is critical in regulating mood and sleep patterns.Ashwagandha is a well-known adaptogen that helps reduce stress and anxiety, while Lavender and Lemon Balm are herbs traditionally used for their calming and soothing properties. Bamboo Extract is also included, contributing to overall relaxation and further enhancing the body’s ability to rest and recover during sleep.Braincare Night and Braincare Day are designed to work harmoniously, providing round-the-clock support for brain health and overall wellbeing. While Braincare Day enhances cognitive function and energy during waking hours, Braincare Night ensures you get the quality sleep your brain and body need to function optimally. Just as Batman needs Robin, these two supplements are most effective when taken together!

This is another well thought, science backed synergistic formulation, offering useful ingredients such as montmorency cherries, l-theanine and lemon balm amongst others, which can be really soothing for clients struggling with sleep, a key parameter of health and critical for memory consolidation. I also found clever the addition of a specific strain of probiotic to further target the gut brain axis. I am really impressed by the blend of science and holistic complementary medicine in this product, with only 2 capsules to take in the evening.

As a nutritional therapist, I know how vital sleep is for our overall health and wellbeing, yet the majority of my clients struggle with achieving good-quality rest. That's why I'm particularly impressed with Noops Braincare Night, which is expertly crafted to support both brain health and relaxation during sleep. This formula includes some of my favourite ingredients like lemon balm, Montmorency cherry, and ashwagandha, all known for their calming and sleep-promoting properties. Additionally, it contains key nutrients such as vitamin D3, zinc, and magnesium, which are essential for supporting a healthy sleep cycle and overall brain function. What stands out to me is the inclusion of a spore-based probiotic, which supports the gut-brain axis, which many of my gut health clients would benefit from. This specific strain is well-tolerated and can help improve gut health, which in turn supports better mental health and sleep quality. I'm excited to see how this comprehensive blend of scientifically backed ingredients can help my clients unwind, improve their sleep, and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
